The Receive From Request screen displays a list of authorised requests.
This screen can be navigated to by –
- Selecting the Receive tab in the menu.
- Selecting Receive From Requests
Fields
| Reference | the reference code of the request |
| Authorisation | the authorisation code of the request |
| Catalogue Code | the catalogue code of the compound requested |
| Compound | the name of the requested compound |
| Activity | the requested activity of the compound |
| For | the user who requested the compound |
| Department | the department the compound is requested for |
| Project | the project the compound is requested for |
| Order Number |
Table
The table displays a list of authorised requests.
Selecting an item in the table opens a panel with information about the item.
Panel
The panel contains information regarding the selected item.
At the bottom of the panel is a Receive button. This opens the Add Compound form panel, allowing the user to enter details regarding a received request and add it to IsoStock as an open source.
