The Requests screen displays a list of compound requests.
This screen can be navigated to by –
- Selecting the Requests tab in the menu.
- Selecting Requests, located under Requests for Open Sources.
Filters
The data can be filtered via a dropdown at the top of the page.
| By me | requests made by current user |
| By my department | requests made by any of the current user’s departments |
| By user | requests made by the selected user |
| By department | requests made by the selected department |
| All | all |
There is a checkbox for Include all items requested in the last month. When checked, anything requested within the past month will also appear in the table. This will also include requests that have been received.
Add Request
Opens the Add Request form panel. This panel allows you to create a new request.
Create From Standard Request
Opens the Select Standard Request To Use form panel. This panel allows you to select from a predefined standard request. Once selected, the Add Request panel is opened, and prefilled with the Standard Request.
Export
Exports the current table and data as a .xlsx file.

| Catalogue Code | the manufacturer/supplier’s catalogue code for the compound |
| Supplier | supplier of the compound |
| Cost | the cost of the compound |
Table
The table displays data in accordance to the filters.
Request status is indicated by colour according to the legend. The statuses are defined below.
| For Authorisation | request is waiting to be authorised |
| Authorised | request is authorised |
| Authorisation Refused | request has been refused authorisation |
| Received/Ordered | requested item has been ordered or received |
Panel
At the bottom of the panel are a number of buttons.
Edit
Allows the user to edit the details of the selected request.
This opens the Edit Request panel. It is identical in operation to the Add Request panel.
Copy
This opens the Add Request panel. It is pre-filled with a copy of the selected request.
Make This a Standard Request
Allows the user to create a standard request copied from the selected request.
This opens the Add Standard Request panel, pre-filled with a copy of the selected request.
Copy to Clipboard
The details of the selected request can be copied to the clipboard.
