- From the Main Navigation menu, select the Setup tab.
- Scroll to the Management section, and select Users from the list (opens the Users screen).
- Find and select the User to be edited (opens a panel displaying further information regarding the selected user).
- Click Edit
- Edit the information as required.
The fields for First Name and Surname are initially locked from editing. They can be unlocked by clicking the padlock at the bottom of the form. However, this will update the fields everywhere.
- After editing, select Next. The panel will switch to the Audit Edit panel.
- Select a Reason for change or type into the field.
- Select Submit.
