The Consignments page displays a list of consignments, and allows the user to manage the transfer of waste (and compounds) off-site.
This screen can be navigated to by –
- Selecting the Waste tab on the menu.
- Selecting Consignments, which is located under the Transfers section.
Data
The data can be filtered via several dropdowns at the top of the page.

There is an additional search input which allows the user to search by the waste reference.
Export
Exports the current table and data as a .xlsx file.
Fields

| Originated From | whether the item originated from department waste or accumulated waste / decay store |
| Disposal Route | disposal route for the consignment |
| Company Name | name of the waste contractor |
| Company Reference | waste contractor’s reference code |
| Contact | waste contractor’s contact details |

| Prepared By | user that prepared the consignment |
| Prepared On | date the consignment was prepared |
| Planned Disposal Date | date the consignment is planned for disposal |
| Disposed By | user that disposed the consignment |

| Disposal Entered By | user and time that logged the disposal |
| Activity At Disposal | activity of the consignment at the planned/actual date of disposal (to be fixed on actual) |
| Current Activity | current activity of the consignment |
| Waste | list of references of waste items contained within the consignment |
| Nuclides | list of nuclides contained within the consignment |
| Activity Per Nuclide | list of activity per each nuclide |
| Activity Per Waste Type | list of activity per each waste type |

Table
The table displays data in accordance with the filters.
The disposal status of the consignments is indicated by colour according to the legend. The statuses are defined below.

Selecting a table item opens an information panel with additional details.
Panel
At the bottom of the panel are several buttons.
View
Navigates the user to the Single Consignment screen for the selected item.
Edit Consignment
Allows the user to edit the consignment details, as well as add and remove containers.
This opens the Edit Consignment form panel. It is identical in format to the Create Consignment form panel, but is prefilled with the data of the selected consignment.
Confirm Disposal
Allows the user to confirm that a consignment has finally been disposed of or transferred off-site.
This opens the Confirm Disposal form panel
The user enters:

| Sent by | who confirmed the transfer |
Additional notes can be added, as well as details of the consignment can be edited
Delete Consignment
Allows the user to delete a consignment.
This opens the Delete Consignment audit panel.
Edit Disposal
Allows the user to edit disposals of containers.
This opens the Edit Disposal from panel.
Delete Disposal
Allows the user to delete disposals of consignments.
This opens the Delete Disposal audit panel.
