The Check Stock Holdings Against Limits compares the stocks of open sources against the permit.
This screen can be navigated to by –
- Selecting the Checks tab on the menu.
- Selecting Stock Holding
Data
The data can be changed via the dropdown at the top of the page.
| Current holding today/now | compare current holding with license |
| Holding at 23:59 on | compare holding 23:59 on a set date with license |
| Maximum holding on | Maximum holding over set period |
Fields
| Department | department holding the open source |
| Radionuclides | radionuclide groups as per permit |
| Percent | ratio of holding to maximum licensed |
| Holding | value held |
| Maximum Licensed | maximum of value that can be held under license |
Table
The table displays data in accordance to the filters. The data is grouped by Department.
Panel
The information panel displays more details about the selected limit.
Export
Selecting the Export button exports the current table and data as a .xlsx file.
