Add a New Substore

From the Main Navigation menu, select the Setup tab.
Scroll to the Sites section, and select Locations from the list (opens the Locations screen).
Navigate the table and expand (select the plus-shaped button on the left of the item) the Location where the relevant Store is located.
Select the Store you you want to add a Substore within (opens up the respective information panel).
Select Add Substore
The panel contains a form to enter data about the Substore to be added.
After filling in the form, select Submit.
